We, Wyoming Central A.B.A.T.E., a non-profit organization, founded in 1979 as Central Wyoming A.B.A.T.E., was changed to W.C.A. in 1990.

In 1982, as a brotherhood, we successfully abolished the Helmet law, in Wyoming.

This will be our 23rd year of holding two parades a year. The Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Day Parade, is held the first Saturday in May, and the Toy Parade, which is the first Saturday in October.
